Sequins Galore

After my fleeting relationship with Washi Tape (I turned over my 20 rolls from Paperchase to Jasmine, who put them to good use wallpapering her dolls houses lol), I have been strenuously resisting sequins!  However, after seeing many variations of the following technique on my blog hopping travels, I finally succumbed....

Sparkly....

Supplies: Stamps - Clearly Besotted 'Honeycomb' / Tools - Clearly Besotted Dies 'Butterfly Wishes Die Collection'

Playing with some new dies....

Supplies: Stamps - Clearly Besotted 'You Are' / Tools - Clearly Besotted Dies 'Twinkle Toes Die Collection'

The children are both on a school day trip to the seaside so I'm feeling restless, I know it's not healthy but I never relax until I know they're back safely!  Only a couple more hours to go....

Have a great day :)

Wow Stephanie, these are both stunning. I haven't yet seen this technique. I also haven't gotten into sequins yet. Maybe I need to. :)

These are totally precious! Do they come in sheets or did you pain-stakingly glue them individually?
They look gorgeous, can't wait for my dies to arrive so I can try something similar.

These are absolutely stunning Stephanie. Don't think I've seen this use of sequins before but it looks fab with the negative images; especially the little ballerina. Hope the children had a lovely day and arrived home safe and sound.

I can't believe what I'm seeing!! I found a stash of sequins a couple of weeks ago and popped them on my desk to start using with leafy accent stamp - haven't used for years. Have just taken delivery of more, lol and just popped on here to see your fab blog...... That's me off to get to work, I might just enter my second challenge ever!?? Thanks for the inspiration Steph, hugs - Mars xxx
