You Colour My World

A quick card to share before I start on the ironing (thank goodness Dean does his own)....

I wasn't sure about the colours so I tried pastels too....

Supplies: Stamps - Papertrey Ink 'Background Basics Circles' & 'Fancy Flourishes'; Paper Smooches 'Word Salad' / Tools - Papertrey Ink Die 'Butterfly'; Provocraft Embossing Folder 'Seeing Spots'

Happy Monday & thank you for stopping by :) x

They are both lovely. Ironing is one of my least favourite chores.

Both cards are very beautiful, but bright colors are pleasant to me more.

Hi Steph, gorgeous, just such beautiful colours.

I have an Elna ironing press which I have had for years and would not be without, my only other stipulation is that I get to watch something on TV that I like whilst doing the ironing. Everything goes through the press, bedding, shirts, t-shirts, trousers, jeans, I cant remember the last time I ironed with a normal iron.

aren't you lucky your man does his own...

Love both your cards. Pastel is extra lovely.

Question for you . . . how did you train your husband to do is own ironing? The closest my hubs has gotten to ironing is setting up the ironing board for me. :)

I vote for the bolder colors! I love the embossing on the b/fly.

As always, your photog skills are as good as your stamping/design skills.

Awesome.

Love this BLOG!

Stephanie, these are wonderful. :) I need to remember this layout. I know you didn't seek our opinions, but I do like the pastel one... very soft and when I think of butterflies, I think of soft. :) Beautiful work, friend!

Two wonderful cards. I'm so happy because I have all of those sets! I like them both, but am more drawn to the card with the bolder colors.
