Hugs & Kisses

I signed up for the online Clean & Simple Card Making Class & whilst Hubby watched the football (he frowns upon me blogging at weekends) I decided to put some of the principals into practice....

I had every intention of keeping this a one-layer card but the desire to make the heart 'pop' was just too great lol....

Supplies: Stamps - Papertrey Ink 'Heart Prints'; Papertrey Ink 'Think Big Favourites #11' / Tools - Marvey Heart Punch; We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper

The kid's are with my parents this weekend so Dean & I are off for a nice meal with some friends followed by a boogie afterwards!  Have a great evening :) xxx

Absolutely splendid, Stephanie! You made a wise choice to pop out that heart... I would've done the exact same. :) Enjoy your evening out tonight!

Almost a one layer - but I agree, the heart needed to be popped! Lovely crisp, clean and simple design yet again Steph. Hope you had fun boogieing with ya hubs. xx

I agree with Bonnie, you do not need to take classes, your cards etc are always fantastic!

Another lovely card Steph! Clean and simple is fab, I need to have a go at CAS cards more often!

I hope you enjoyed your night out and child free weekend :) We had a fab time out with friends last night too, although I can't stand the pace of such late nights anymore, been good for nothing all day, lol!

Wow I love your clean and simple Steph! Definitely a style you should show us more of. An excellently elegant card - and yes, that heart just has to 'pop'!

Check you out girl! Crafty bug has officially hit hu? I have missed a lot, so happy to see all these fab cards. I have to agree, the "popping heart" makes this card.
Hope you had a great "kid-free" weekend.
