9 comments in 7 min, wow. Thought I was in with a chance but oh well. I'm glad someone else has the same opinion of doctors/craft time. I figure it will get better on it's own while I am crafting :)

How sweet is this Steph?! Love the cute CC image and the gorgeous colours SU papers you've used! As someone in the know I would strongly recommend you go and see your GP or a chiropractor to get your neck looked at. I am suffering with some back pain {made worse by my car accident} and I am going to have some physio. I don't want an old lady back at 30! Lol!

Morning Steph

Lovely card.

You make sure you see a Physio re your neck, otherwise in years to come you won't have much movement in at at all, raging headaches and really terrible pain - trust me I have been there, done that and worn the t-shirt, he will free it up for you and give you some regular exercises to do depending on what part of it damaged - it is holding your neck and head in the same position and concentrating that does it. Be a good girl and listen to your Auntie Karen xxx

Hi Steph,
This is gorgeous. You have a real flair for colour coordination.
It's probably best to get your neck checked, especially as the pain is recurring.

Lovely card Steph. The pain in the neck, have you tried one of those lavendar bean bags that you put in the microwave to warm up then wrap around your neck. I use them and it definately helps to relieve the tension. Hope you get better soon, Karen xoxo

Loving your 'fruity' card! You shading is truly amazing - just how do you do it?! Grr! ;D
I think retail therapy, crafting and chocolate is the cure for a pain in the neck - though get a strong man to carry your bags for ya!
